afreenleenaw: How Cell Phone Spy Software Works - Mobile ...

We are deriving many benefits from the advancements in communication technology. Particularly the growth in mobile communication sector is phenomenal. The giant strides in mobile communication have shrunk the world and the emergence of smartphones with multiple uses has enabled us to work on the move. As there are always two sides to a coin, similarly the benefits of technology are associated with certain inherent risks.

To suggest an example, online banking has allowed the convenience to carry out banking transactions at any time, be it from home or from work. The bitter side of this facility is the increased phishing attacks. To prevent such technological crimes, you need to make use of cell phone spy software. Installing such software on your cell phones will protect your phone as well as safeguard the confidential information stored in the phone.

Functioning of Cell Phone Spy Software

The cell phone spy software functions as a tracking device or a bug. It works silently in the background and records all the details of the cell phone. By installing the spy ware on a cell phone, it would commence to function as a spy phone and enable you to review all the phone?s activities. There are dozens of such cell phone monitoring spy software available in the market. Popular among them include Mobile Spy, Mobistealth, Flexispy and Stealthgenie.

Installation of the software

To install spy software, you need to physically access the cell phone. Download your chosen spyware from its vendor website and physically install on the cell phone by following the steps outlined in the user guide. Once the installation is completed, the spy software will function stealthily and record all the activities of the cell phone and discretely transfer the same to the user account. This user account is provided at the time of purchase of the spy software. By logging into the account remotely, you can review all the recorded information.

Location Tracking

With the help of the cell phone spy software, you can track the location of your cell phone using the embedded GPS tracking. With the help of the GPS, you can track the location of your spouse, kid or employees and know about their whereabouts.

Calls tracking

If you suspect that your spouse is cheating on you, you can monitor his/her calls, mails and text messages using the cell phone spy software. The spy software maintains detailed logs enabling you to review all the phone?s activities. Call interception facility and spy call facility are also offered enabling you to listen in to the live conversations or place a call without detection. You can also keep a watch on your kids, teens and employees by tracking their cell phone activities. You can thus ensure the safety of your kids and identify the disloyal employees.

Remote locking and wiping of data

Installing the cell phone spy software helps in remotely locking your phone and prevents strangers from unlocking your phone. You can also wipe out your data remotely if the security of your phone is compromised.

With the rising cell phone threats, it is better to install cell phone spy software and protect oneself and family from any dangers.

Toddler Dies of Flu; Sister Fights Cancer

Emily Lastinger, a wide-eyed toddler with a cherubic smile, had been sick with the flu for three days, but neither her parents nor her doctor were terribly worried.

"It was so weird: She would spike a fever and be really sick for a few hours, then she would bounce back and be hungry and want a Popsicle and run around a bit," said her father, Joe Lastinger, a 40-year-old health care executive from Colleyville, Texas.

But on Super Bowl Sunday in 2004, she began vomiting and her condition suddenly worsened.

"It was a really rough night," said Lastinger, who stayed up with the 3-year-old because his wife was pregnant, ready to deliver their fourth child.

On Monday morning, the toddler had a long shower and was sitting in bed watching cartoons. They had a doctor's appointment at noon.

"I was doing emails and I heard my wife start screaming upstairs," said Lastinger. "She had stopped breathing."

He started CPR and his wife called 911. Emily was rushed to the hospital and pumped with medicine in intensive care, but there was nothing more doctors could do. She had suffered brain damage and died that night.

"How could it possibly happen?" Lastinger and his wife asked themselves. "Honestly, you worry about your kid being struck by lightning at pool, you worry about car accidents or should they go on a trampoline or a car seat -- those kinds of things, but not the flu."

Learn more about the flu at the ABCNews.com Cold and Flu page.

Both Lastinger and his wife had gotten flu shots that winter. But at 3, Emily fell outside the recommended age group -- then only children 6 months to 2 years old.

Two years later, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) would broaden its guidelines to recommend vaccination for all children, not just those at risk, up to the age of 5.

"Emily was normal and healthy, and that's the thing," said Lastinger. "They weren't recommending vaccine for kids who were normal. ... Meanwhile healthy kids were sick and dying."

Today, thanks to efforts of parent support groups like the one Lastinger co-founded, Families Fighting Flu, the CDC recommends universal immunization from the age of 6 months.

In 2004, the CDC expanded vaccine guidelines up to age 59 months. In 2006, it was recommended through age 18. And in 2010, it voted for universal vaccination over the age of 6 months.

"We applauded it, though it came slowly from our perspective," said Lastinger. "We certainly feel like had they been in place, we would have followed them, our pediatrician would have followed them and our daughter would be alive today."

An estimated 100 otherwise healthy children die of the flu each year and about 20,000 under the age of 5 are hospitalized. Influenza kills anywhere between 3,000 and 49,000 adults annually, as well, according to the CDC.

"Children under 6 months of age have not been studied yet. Therefore, the flu vaccines are not licensed for use in that tender age group," said Dr. William Schaffner, chairman of the department of preventive medicine at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine.

"To protect them, we rely on mother's vaccination during pregnancy -- protection passes through the placenta into the baby -- as well as all contacts of the baby being vaccinated," Schaffner said.

Children under the age of 9 who get the flu shot for the first time need two immunizations in either a shot or nasal spray, to get maximum protection, "which puts a lot of responsibility on the parents," Schaffner said.

Getting just one shot is not enough, as the Moise family of Kansas City, Mo., learned.

Ian Moise died of complications from influenza A in 2003. The family's 7-month-old baby had only gotten the first of two recommended flu vaccine doses before it fell ill two weeks later.

Under 9, Child Gets 2 Flu Shots

"I vowed to tell our story to as many people as possible so that they will take the flu seriously," said Moise, a 41-year-old flight attendant. "We pray that no else has to go through what we go through every day."

Denise Palmer of Lakeland, Fla., lost her 15-month-old daughter Breanne to the flu.

"There is nothing worse than losing a child," said Palmer, 34. "You can't describe it."

As Christmas approaches, Palmer worries more than ever about her family -- an 8-year-old son and now another daughter, only two months old. Breanne died Dec. 23, 2003.

"This time of year freaks me out, and now we have a little one," Palmer said.

The family was visiting relatives in Maryland when Breanne developed a fever and, soon afterward, had trouble breathing. By the time they reached the hospital, the baby's temperature was 107 degrees.

"It happened really fast," said Palmer. "They worked to get her temperature down and said she needed more intensive care and transferred her to another hospital. When she got there, they told us she needed to be put on life support."

After airlifting Breanne to yet another hospital, doctors told the family there was nothing more they could do for the little girl.

Breanne never got her recommended flu shot because she had been sick with an ear infection.

"She had just finished a course of antibiotics the day before we left," said Palmer. "There was no time to get a shot. I sit there and wish I had been able to protect her."

Now, the entire family gets their flu shots every year. The baby gets her protection through Palmer's antibodies.

"We are very in tune with the recommendations," she said. "And with the new baby, we have a rule that anybody who has not gotten the flu vaccine cannot visit her. So it's their choice: If they don't get it, they don't get to see the baby."

As for the Lastingers, they welcomed a baby daughter just after Emily died.

"It was surreal," he said. "It turned out to be a good thing -- not right away, but it was helpful to have something to focus on other than ourselves."

Today, their daughter, Alea, is 8. Her older brothers, Chris and Andrew, are 16 and 14, respectively.

"We vaccinate them all," said Lastinger. "We've never missed a year."

But in a weird twist of fate, Alea was diagnosed with leukemia in 2007, at 3, the same age as Emily when she died. She underwent a grueling chemotherapy regimen and, as a result, vaccination became even more important.

"We had to live with someone who was severely immune compromised," said Lastinger. "It really hit home how important it is to protect yourself, to protect other people."

Today, Alea is in remission and "doing great," according to her father.

Even that ordeal seemed less daunting than the flu, according to Lastinger.

"For us, we can fight the cancer," he said. "We have the power to influence what we're doing."

As for Emily's senseless death from flu, "It was the hardest thing we ever had to go through," said Lastinger. "I cannot imagine anything being worse."

Do you still equate content marketing with writing a blog?

Photo of Chris Rand of Business Marketing Online

Content marketing includes the production of product news, company news, technical background articles, white papers, case studies, testimonials and yes, a blog ?and more besides.

Most people discussing the way forward for business-to-business marketing will consider "content marketing" to be right up there amongst the top priorities now. It's not an easy thing to budget for in 2013, but then again, nor was "PR" in the old days when so much investment went into press releases, and I always saw that on budget planning sheets.

So what do we mean by "content marketing"? It means generating a wide range of promotional material which will be read, shared and picked up by the search engines. It will get you business like nothing else in the long term. Most will be written, although generating videos should be in your strategy too. What turns many marketing managers away from seriously scheduling content marketing into their budget is that they mistakenly think that content marketing means writing a blog. It's nothing of the sort.

For business to business companies, content marketing includes the production of product news, company news, technical background articles, white papers, case studies, testimonials and yes, a blog ?and more besides. You probably do some or all of these already. What smart marketers are doing is to formalise schedules for producing this material, and obtaining a specific budget (in terms of manpower as well as money) to make it happen. Content marketing brings together a number of things under one heading, and acknowledges their vastly increased importance nowadays, and needs to be a serious (perhaps the most serious) item in any 2013 markeing budget.

Jordan Carver is using the Twitter Machine properly (30 Photos)

Born in a small town in Germany with Italian roots, Jordan Carver moved to America and has since become an internet darling. You'll recognize many of the photos below that's for certain. Jordan also keeps a very candid Twitter Machine, I highly recommend it.

ITunes 11 Is Here with a New Look, Smaller Mini Player, and Better iCloud Features

ITunes 11 Is Here with a New Look, Smaller Mini Player, and Better iCloud FeaturesApple has completely redesigned iTunes (finally!), and the update brings a simplified view of your media, a less space-consuming MiniPlayer, and the ability to save your songs, movies, and shows in iCloud and download them for offline use. But wait, there's more!

We found the updated app to be much faster and snappier, loading things more quickly. It's also a little easier to navigate and the hover-over menus make finding things easier.

Because it's a complete redesign, however, you might wonder where everything went. Gone is the left-hand Library sidebar. Now all your media is shown in a grid that takes up the whole program's window. A drop-down menu at the top left of the screen is now how you navigate to other media types.

With a new "Expanded View." the media information (e.g., album songs list) drops down in place, so you don't have to click away from your library when selecting songs.

Apple has also added an "Up Next" button to the smaller MiniPlayer and in iTunes as well so you can see which songs are coming up or choose a different one. The MiniPlay is actually useful now!

If you don't know what to listen to, iTunes will offer some recommendations as well.

iCloud integration means your purchases from the iTunes Store will be available on any device that's running iTunes. iCloud also promises to remember where you left off in the app so you can pause and then pick up in the same place when you come back to it, even from another device.

Finally, the iTunes Store has been revamped so it looks the same across all devices. It also has a preview history list so you won't forget that killer track or movie you meant to buy.

The update is available now for both PC and Mac. We had to use the main Apple Software Update (not the update checker within iTunes) to find it, but since the update is still rolling out, you might have to wait a bit before you get it.

The Web Is A Great Place To Discover More About Home Businesses

Achieving success at a home-based business is not everyone?s fortune, but don?t let that prevent you from giving it a try. At this time you simply need a computer to create, for a really low cost, a business that you can manage from home. It won?t take much at all. You need a small dose of determination to do the research, and a high-speed, low-cost internet access. A computer-based business has a global reach with unlimited consumers, whereas a traditional business is confined to local custom and has pricey set-up expenses. Everyone in the world with internet access is a potential client.

Click here if you?d like more information.

There are many ways to get your toes wet if you?re really considering a business on the Internet. To make a start you certainly don?t need to be an IT nerd, but being familiar with using a laptop or computer would be useful. Quite often, generating an income online has nothing to do with your technical skills, but with how much you know about the things you like doing. A good example of a web business for folks who are very good at writing would be doing copy writing. Content is often in demand, so a writer could also work on a freelance basis, obtaining writing jobs from individuals who are no good at it. All you need to do is look for those individuals who have a need, such as content, and supply it for them. Write down a few samples of your work and then do a bit of promoting, and you will be in business.

Online auction web sites are another avenue from which a large number of people are making good money. You can acquire items at wholesale value and sell them at full price, or you may already have products suitable for selling online. Getting your product offers looked at by customers is taken care of for you by places like eBay and other online auction sites. Your job is firstly to figure out a price and list your product, then wait for the sales. Once the buyer makes the purchase, you will receive the payment and then complete the purchase by sending the purchaser their merchandise.

Life is getting a lot easier in lots of ways through the advances in technology. The advent of the pc has put ownership of a business within the reach of ordinary folks. The Internet has everything you need to start a business. It offers access to products you can sell as well as information that shows you how to do it. If you could identify a business model that appeals to you and apply it to your own start-up business, that would be great.

Instead of a fulltime business you could just be after another income stream, which the Internet caters for handsomely. Spend a little time on your computer seeking information on starting an online business, and you will find lots of it. Get started on your research and you could soon begin making some cash.

Scott Kelley: Longest space station sojourn will be test for Mars mission

NASA astronaut Scott?Kelly and Russian cosmonaut Mikhail Kornienko will spend an entire year aboard the International Space Station. The extended mission will help provide information about far-flung trips to asteroids and Mars.

NASA astronaut Scott?Kelly and Russian cosmonaut Mikhail Kornienko will spend an entire year aboard the International Space Station beginning in 2015.

Both countries' space agencies announced the names of the two veteran spacefliers on Monday. The extended mission was approved almost two months ago to provide a medical foundation for future missions around the moon, as well as far-flung trips to asteroids and Mars.

Both men already have lived aboard the space station for six months. NASA wanted experienced space station astronauts to streamline the amount of training necessary for a one-year stint. Officials had said the list of candidates was very short. They will begin training next year.

"Their skills and previous experience aboard the space station align with the mission's requirements," Bill Gerstenmaier, head of human exploration for NASA, said in a statement. "The one-year increment will expand the bounds of how we live and work in space and will increase our knowledge regarding the effects of microgravity on humans as we prepare for future missions beyond low-Earth orbit."

Kelly's identical twin brother, Mark Kelly, retired from the astronaut corps last year and moved to Tucson, Ariz., his wife's hometown. The former congresswoman was critically wounded in an assassination attempt in January 2011, while Scott?Kelly was living aboard the space station.

NASA said neither crew member was available Monday to comment and that news conferences would be held next week to outline the mission.

Astronauts normally spend about four to six months aboard the space station. The longest an American lived there was seven months, several years back.

Russia, though, will continue to hold the world space endurance record.

Four cosmonauts spent at least a year aboard the old Mir space station. A Russian physician, Valery Polyakov, logged nearly 15 continuous months there in the mid-1990s.

Boris Morukov, head of the Moscow-based Institute for Medical and Biological Problems, Russia's main space medicine research center, told the Interfax news agency that communications and food rations for Kelly and Kornienko may be limited during their yearlong mission to better simulate interplanetary travel.

Kelly and Kornienko will launch aboard a Russian rocket from Kazakhstan. Americans must buy seats on Russian spacecraft now that NASA's shuttles have retired to museums, until private U.S. companies have vessels capable of carrying human passengers. That's still four or five years off.

Kelly is a 48-year-old, divorced Navy captain with two daughters. Kornienko, 52, a rocket engineer, is married with a daughter.

"We have chosen the most responsible, skilled and enthusiastic crew members to expand space exploration, and we have full confidence in them," Russian Space Agency chief Vladimir Popovkin said in the announcement.

"This is NOT TRUE!!" wrote CEO George Strouthopoulos in an email. "Never had any discussions with any potential acquirers!! This is absolutely false!" he wrote in an email. UK calls on US to show leadership in Israel-Palestine conflict

On Sunday, the British foreign secretary said it was time to make a huge effort toward peace in the Middle East, and called on the US to exact leverage over Israel.

British Foreign Secretary William Hague on Sunday urged the?United States?to take a more active role in seeking a lasting settlement between Israelis and Palestinians, warning of a "final chance" for a two-state solution.

Eight days of fighting between?Israel?and Palestinians in the?Hamas-ruled enclave of?Gaza?diverted U.S. President Barack Obama's attention to the?Middle East?as he toured?Asia?on his first trip abroad after this month's election.

Hague told the BBC it was "time for a huge effort on the?Middle East?peace process."

"This is what I have been calling for, particularly calling for the?United States?now after their election to show the necessary leadership on this over the coming months, because they have crucial leverage with?Israel?and no other country has," Hague said.

"We're coming to the final chance maybe for a two state solution for the Israeli-Palestinian conflict," he added.

PFT: Suh's to?face one-game suspension for kick?

Atlanta Falcons v Philadelphia EaglesGetty Images

When Nnamdi Asomugha was a younger man, he?d get upset at players he saw on television, the ones he thought were underperforming.

So he?s not going to badmouth Eagles fans who have targeted him the same way.

?If a fan has an issue with that, they?re not going to get me saying that?s wrong or anything like that,? Asomugha said, via Reuben Frank of CSNPhilly.com. ?I can look back to being a fan and teams I liked and when a player I like comes in and, . . . it?s not working out, being upset about that.

?So I can?t now be that guy and then look at them and say, ?You can?t be upset that we haven?t won and I haven?t been, you know, Superman on the field,? even though that?s been expected of me.?

The cornerback has become the very symbol of the Eagles current woes, signing a five-year, $60 million contract to become part of the Dream Team, and struggling just like the rest of them once he got there. He?s been part of a team that?s gone 11-15 since he walked in the door, far below expectations.

That?s hard anywhere, but in Philadelphia, the heat is a little higher than in other places.

?It?s tough,? he said. ?That?s one of the things they say, . . . Mentally, how do you handle this sort of situation? Not just the losing, but losing in this environment. Because losing is different here.

?No one wants to lose. You want to win everything that you?re doing, but as they?ve pointed out, as we all know, you?ve got to win here. You just have to win here.

?So I get that question a lot from younger guys, and I just try to talk to them, keep their head in it. When you believe in yourself and believe in your team no matter what?s going on, I?m one of the people that believes it turns around at some point.?

Of course, when it does turn around, it?s likely to include a new coach, and it?s far from guaranteed it will include a 33-year-old corner who?s scheduled to make $15 million next year. But he doesn?t second-guess his decision to sign with the Eagles.

?Did I make the right decision? Should I have gone somewhere else? That doesn?t cross my mind at all,? he said. ?This is the place I wanted to be. Whatever happens or has happened, I always have the mindset that there?s something to learn from it and there?s a way to grow.

?And I think especially with what we?ve been through, the type of stuff we?ve been through the last year and a half, what did you learn from it? How can you become a better man from it? That?s going to help you on the field. That?s always been my mentality. I absolutely believe in the decision that I made and believe in this team.

?I don?t even think about that stuff. Whatever happens, I?m built to deal with that situation. Honestly? Being as honest as I can be? It doesn?t go through my mind.?

It?s going through many others, however, and they?re rightly wondering if it was all worth it.
